We undertook a private commission to create a faux taxidermy swan head, designed to achieve a lifelike appearance without the use of real animal materials. The piece was constructed using a lightweight foam core, with surface detailing built up using faux fur sculpting mediums and finished with carefully applied flocking to replicate natural feather texture.

This project combined sculptural precision with material experimentation, resulting in a realistic yet ethical alternative to traditional taxidermy. The finished piece demonstrates our ability to balance form, texture, and realism across bespoke commissions.
